Palma City Hotel - Sarande

It was just a good match for a brief pause in Sarande with good value. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, even bringing fruit to our room one morning. Avoid peak hours for the breakfast setup to get the best options.

Outstanding food, exceptionally helpful staff despite the receptionist said so. Comfy bed, good-sized bathroom and a fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was great. The daily service was fantastic. I could park the car nearby. Location: the hotel was just off the local bus stop for the bus to Butrint National Park with important Roman ruins, a very lively nightlife and the Saranda bay. Pizzeria pizza Nepsi was located 5 minutes walk away...

Very nice sea view from the room made our stay nice.

Our experience was filled with frustration. The breakfast options were painfully dull and repetitive, and on one occasion, our room wasn't cleaned despite us leaving for the day. The staff didn't bother to refill our basic amenities like shampoo and water without us asking, unacceptable for any hotel. The noise from the chaotic street made it impossible to relax, ruining the tranquility we were hoping for.

my stay here was fantastic as i enjoyed easy walks to nearby cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks like the saranda museum and the fine saranda beach, both just a short stroll away, offering plenty of opportunities to soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

This place is an absolute dissapointment. The shower had serious temperature issues, and wifi is basically non-existent in the rooms! Can't believe there's no welcome gift or upgrade for all I went through. Definitely wouldn't recommend taking a dip in the cramped pool either. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but I just couldn't.

The location is just a short walk from the ferry port. The family room with a sea view offered amazing views of the bay and a clean swimming pool was perfect for relaxation.

The stunning sea view from our Executive Suite and the flawless jacuzzi experience made our stay nice. Friendly staff, especially Tea and Dani, ensured we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit.

I gotta say, the view from the room was fine, every morning I woke up to this amazing seascape, and the little pool overlooking the water was a gem. The staff was helpful, there was this one lady who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, always checking in on us.

It was a bit pricey but you know, you pay for quality.

The view from our room was fine (waking up to those sea vibes was everything!). The pool area had a lovely ambiance and was super refreshing after spending the day exploring. Staff were genuinely friendly (especially that one receptionist who remembered our names!)

The staff at Palma City Hotel is excellent and responsible, providing marvellous service. The pool onsite is very clean, and the rooms are good sized, beautiful, and come with a spectacular balcony and sea view. the breakfast offers a huge variety of goodies.
